The common areas felt like living rooms rather than waiting rooms, and I noticed how comfortable residents seemed—many were sitting in groups, chatting or watching TV together. What impressed me most was the staff’s natural interactions with the residents; there was a genuine warmth in the way they spoke to people. My uncle came with me during the visit and said it didn’t feel like an “institution” at all, but rather a place where people could live with dignity and comfort.
